Today a news item spammer got caught on another Support website by me (lol) so the spammer got banned and kicked of this planet.
But after some checking i found there are 2 of them,known with the member names:
"aser" and "edifreak".
They are responsible for abusing phpnuke sites,as i found a lot of them,even on sites you wouldnt expect it to be possible.
It does prove that that most sites dont check the replies on news items after some time , thats the weak part they discovered.
Some of the abused sites are ravenphpscripts,nukecops,and more..

Ok this is just a news round up of things ive read this week (ends 23 september)

Some of these type of sites managed to stay alive for maybe one year but after that they drop dead.

Phpnuke 8.0 released

A news item that didnt get much attention was the release of phpnuke 8.0
As FB says.."it includes several improvements, many cosmetic changes, several minor bugs fixed, complete separation of all BBtoNuke modules from the core system and many more.
I wanted this version to have the planned Metatags management and the new forums, but to be honest I lost almost a complete year moving from Venezuela to Colombia with my family.
Since now we're established in our new home, I can resume my normal life and work.
Version 8.0 is very stable and is starting to have a new and nice look with more organization of the site's content and sections. "

Yeah we know your very busy FB.
But to spread the phpnuke word we are all helping you distributing the 8.0 for free.

SPAM in Your Account module

Well now its world news...a nuke package 7.8 RC8 OP ES got spam integrated in the Your Account module.
This is known longer before this.,the trick i mean...
This happens only to idiots,that have idiot sites and download weird phpnuke distro's.
If you wanna know if you have that crap on your website search for "canalmail" in the index.php of the Your Account module.
If you do find it,replace it with a genuine copy of the your_account.

Yeah i remember him..
Not that long ago i registered as an affiliate and dumped it just as quick as his Support sucks..(from an affiliates point of view)
Furthermore,his prices are to high,expensive etc...
Others are cheaper.
And all commercial templates can be downloaded everywhere for free..

Ok here we go again....ha....ha..this version includes a new anti-flood system, several cosmetic changes, a new web based installer, improvements on advertising system, downloads and web links modules, Forums and all BBtoNuke modules are now separated from the core system, improved the News module and many bugs fixes.
Huh.... many bugs fixes?...so the PHP-Nuke 7.9 final wasnt final but a beta ?
Additionaly PHP-Nuke version 7.9 has been released for free to the public on the downloads section.
Free to the public?
I wonder where FB has been all the time....in a cave ?
